  • How do I message the helper?
    You can first invite a helper to a job. If your helper is interested or is available to take your job, she/he will accept your invitation to chat further. Depending on the package you select, there may be a daily limit on the number of helpers you can invite.   • What is on-demand? Is there a fee?
    On-Demand service is our newest offering that allows last minute requests to be filled for our families, when you have an urgent need due to sick kids, nannies out of pocket, daycare closed, stuck working late, or unexpected trips/conferences. Note that the helpers who accept the position must go through the following: ID validation, references, and background checks.
