How can I  get the AyiConnect app?

Our AyiConnect App is completely free and it's very easy to download our App. All you need to do is to go to the app store and search for "AyiConnect". It will not take longer than 1 minute to download it. Once you download it and sign up, you will be able to search for the helpers based on your needs or the jobs close to you that meet your schedule. There is so much more such as booking the helper, last minute help, appointments! Find out more by downloading it.

Here are a few ways for you to download our AyiConnect app:

Scan the QR code: simply turn on your camera and point at our poster to scan. . ＊Please note: depending on your device type, you should choose which QR code to scan. For example, only scan the QR code if you have an Apple device. The same thing goes for Android.

There are many key features that will assist our helpers to find jobs quicker with their preferences.

Search: You can find many new jobs posted by families from the nearest locations
Message: This is where all the actions happen, from chatting, calling, to getting an offer from a family. All conversations are protected.
Jobs: You can see all the jobs you applied to and which jobs have hired you.
Job invitation : When the family finds your profile is fit for them, you will get a job invite, don’t miss this great chance! ( The invitation is expired after three days, please make sure to reply within three days)

Favoritate: you can save jobs you like for later, after you have some time to consider them.

   Answer: If you see a job you like, click on the job to review more information. If you believe you are qualified for the job, simply click on "Apply to Job". Once the family has a chance to review your profile and decide to chat more, they will reach out and start a conversation.

You are free to use our basic service to engage with helpers. With subscription, you can invite helpers to apply to your job. When you are ready to book a helper or extend an offer, we charge a low Service and Protection fee to help run our platform and ensure the safety and the trust of the platform.
