Can we interview helpers before booking them?

We highly encourage you to contact our helpers through our chat before booking. You can call or video chat them directly if they are available. You can also try them out through our booking system. Please keep your conversations within the platform without sharing your contact until you finalize your hires, in case of a dispute.
