# Can we interview helpers before booking them?

We highly encourage you to interview Helpers before booking them. You can call or video chat with them directly if they are available. You can also try them out through our booking system using “trial” offer status.

Please keep your conversations within the platform without sharing your contact until you finalize your hires, in case of a dispute.
